Self Pay Insurance Eligibility Scrubbing

Our Automated process work tool was designed to process high volumes of a Hospital’s Self-Pay Accounts Receivable by conducting a sweep across 800 plus insurance companies and databases to identify active coverage that might not have been provided at the time services were rendered.

Once active coverage is identified, our Team will verify that the services rendered are covered under the patient’s policy prior to providing the information back to the Client.

Historically, our process has decreased the Self-Pay population between 10%-22%.
